Select Magazine May 1993 UK magazine with a sealed cassette that has a rare remix of U2 (Salome remix) (the magazine is in excellent condition but the sealed cassette has separated from the corner and you can see that there is a small area of tear.

or at the very least like new (a cd case here and there might have a bit of wear, but it will only be the case)
UK release MELONCD 1  9 songs  U2 MELON Remixes for Propaganda sticker yellow cardboard cover (the condition is  cover: like new  the cd itself is excellent, NOT mint, closer to VG plus. Because the disc is in a cardboard sleeve there is a wee bit of surface type marks. Believe me, this is not a junker. I am just trying to be completely up front about condition

black vinyl -- the records are unplayed
the picture sleeves are in very good condition -- the seams have separated because the glue has dried out -- sleeves are not 100% mint, they show some wear.
The plastic wall holder is in very good condition--a little dirty because this has been on display
The top piece insert is in very good condition with a little bend in one corner
This is a very nice piece that is not mint but certainly is a very, very nice condition item. Because this was on display I am being honest and simply cannot call this mint. It is a solid very good (and some would classify it as better, but not I).
ALSO,  the cd "DUALS";  cd in sleeve EXCELLENT condition; insert booklet and the poster EXCELLENT condition; the printed outer jacket that hold everything has a wee bit of wear, not bad, but I want to be totally upfront.
