Available now is this Ohaus Valor 2000W scale being sold for parts or repair. When we power this unit up it gives us a clear pan error and we can not seem to get it to go away, because this item is being sold for parts or repair and as-is, no returns will be accepted for any reason.
If returns are offered on any item the details below will apply so please read prior to purchase:
-Minimum 20% restocking fee regardless of return reason (exceptions include shipping damage)
-We will not accept returns on any item listed as new that has been opened or installed
-Buyer will pay return shipping costs, item must be sent fully insured via the same carrier it was sent by and in all the original packaging otherwise item will be refused
-It is buyers responsibility to ensure the item is repackaged safely for transport
-If free shipping was offered we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping cost from the return
-Returns must include every item we sent out ie: adapters or installation hardware
-If you sign for a damaged package you are 100% responsible for that item and return will be declined
