Here is a BORING BAR STEEL REPLACEABLE LOCKING HEAD ONLY FOR A 2 1/2" DIAMETER BAR. I think it is for a Kennametal boring bar. This auction is for this

There is no bar. The ring with teeth has about a 2 1/2" diameter. The next ring is about 2 5/8" and the outer dimension is about 2 3/4". The edge of the insert is about 3" from center. The 7/8" post in the back sticks out about 1". It
looks like it has a groove for a locking screw to rest against. See the pictures. I don't know what it fits and there are no numbers or markings on it. It doesn't look like it was used.
